I just had all of the windows and sliding glass doors in my 10-unit apartment building replaced with dual-pane energy-efficient Mi windows. From start to finish, everyone that I worked with at American Windows was great! Joseph, the salesman, took the time to answer all of my questions and propose the best quality windows to fit my budget. As a former installer, he was by far the most knowledgeable sales person that I talked to when gathering competitive bids. Michael, the owner, was proud of the company he's built, their reputation in the industry, and his team of people. One of the reasons that I chose American Windows is that it's a 2 generation company that's been in the business a long time. Michael, the lead installer, was always polite, prompt, careful, and competent. Although all of the installers did a quality job and worked well together, I really appreciated that I was assigned a single lead installer for the entire job. Having a single point of contact for the work just made things go very smoothly. Ron, the project manager, handled all of the orders, workers, bills, permits, and inspectors with such care that we never had a single problem during the whole job! I would highly recommend American Windows as a quality company from start to finish.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent job that your company did at my house. Actually it was two jobs. First time in spring 2014 your people replaced 9 old windows with new ones. It was a quick, clean, highly professional installation. All custom size windows were delivered even earlier than I expected. They look good. They work great. They improved temperature exchange immediately and my house stays cool even during very hot days. I would like to commend your sales person Joseph Jaycox for making this project an easy and enjoyable experience. Second time, on June 10th 2014, two crews (Steve's and Mike's) of American Window Inc. installers, performed an amazing job by installing 5 huge custom picture windows on my deck. They carefully lifted heavy (6 feet by 8 feet) windows to the second floor level and fitted them right in. Everything was done safe, fast and clean. I love my new windows. It was a pleasure to be your customer. I will highly recommend your service to everybody I know.

I was referred to American Windows by a friend of mine who had his entire house redone (this was back when they used to manufacture their own windows). My friends said the price was fair and from what I saw, the work looked very professional. Initially, I was only planning on doing my sliding glass doors and the windows in the front of my house, but the team at American Windows gave me a great price for my entire house(I received two other quotes that were much higher). Joseph, one of the company's sales managers, was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Honestly, I made Joseph jump through a lot of hoops before I agreed to give American Windows my business. Joseph was always courteous, took me to the Milgard showroom and explained things to me, and was very thorough & responsive. If I has an issue, I could call himand he would take care of it. I had 18 Milgard windows and three Milgard sliders installed that will last as long as I own the house. The work that American Windows did came out excellent and their crew of installers was efficient and experienced. I think what I am most happy about, aside from the new look and feel of my house, is that if anything should happen to any of my windows they installed, I can call Joseph and he will be here. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

I want you to know that I did shop around for rates even though your company gave me a very good rate when I used your company for my previous job at 2119 Whippoorwill Lane. Even this time your rates were the most competitive. Then it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you – you are very easy to get ahold of and you always has a reasonable answer to my numerous questions.
Ron & Merissa has always been very helpful and very responsive to all my needs and so easily approachable. Also I met Mike and his partner at the job site too.
